Departmental organizations represent a variety of academic and specialty areas of study.  Managed by academic concentrations and campus departments, each departmental organization and/or society will have its own minimum standards for membership. Expect GPA minimums that, in some cases, may preclude new students from joining organizations and/or societies until after their first completed academic semester or academic year.
