Leadership Opportunities: Educational Enhancement Programs
During the spring semester, four Executive Board officers are selected through a rigorous application process to serve as a steering board to help create, implement, and facilitate Orientation, Welcome Days, and Case Venture programs. Orientation leaders and Case Venture leaders play a similar role, working with incoming students in small groups, facilitating programs, and serving as mentors.
First-year students who attend July summer orientation sessions may elect to attend a Case Ventures program during Welcome week. Case Ventures give students the opportunity to expand their interests while meeting new classmates. Case Ventures include:

- Case Explores
- Case Spelunks
Share the Vision is designed to promote our vision of a just and humane campus. It asks all members of the Case community to support the worth and dignity of each individual, respect new ideas, and enjoy our rich diversity. The program encourages us to strive for excellence and integrity in teaching, scholarship, research, and service. Promoting justice and compassion is also an integral part of our Share the Vision philosophy.
