Leadership Opportunities: Housing and Residence Life
The Department of Housing, Residence Life, & Greek Life offers a myriad of programs and opportunities for Case Western Reserve University students to develop, mature, and apply their leadership skills.

"Leadership Through Service" is the theme for Mistletoe Residential College. Each month focuses on a different leadership skill to develop while serving the greater community. In addition, the Mistletoe Residential College coordinates the annual Women in Leadership Week held each November.

The Residence Life staff strives toward creating an environment that helps students develop a respect and appreciation of individual, cultural, ethnic, racial, religious, sexual orientation, and physical differences critical to the growth process. Resident Assistants are role models for their residents, trained to manage crisis, responsible for building community within their residential community, and work in a team environment.

The mission of RHA is to promote the best residential experience possible for the residents of Case Western Reserve University by encouraging a better community and environment in which to live and learn. We do this through a variety of resources and groups. The Residence Hall Association begins with every hall council. Each council consists of elected and appointed officers from every residence hall on campus.
