OMA Mentoring Program

ExploratoryEngagedFocusedTransitional

The Office of Multicultural Affairs (OMA) provides students with positive role models/mentors to offer guidance and support as they navigate through the obstacles of their college life. This relationship is extended and further developed beyond graduation as students become the professionals and leaders of tomorrow. Mentors consist of Case faculty, staff, administrators, upperclassmen, and alumni. In addition, professionals from a variety of occupational fields in the Cleveland area are available to serve as mentors.

Student Organizations

There are many student groups, spanning a wide range of interests. OMA provides support and guidance to underrepresented student organizations and/or groups on campus. OMA encourages students to get involved with leadership activities and utilize this resource.
