Appeal Process
Decisions of the Sport Club Director may be appealed to the Sports Club Presidents'
Council by submitting a written appeal within 24 hours. The appeal of the disciplinary
action that seems severe to the club could result in harsher penalties being levied by the
person(s) who hears the appeal. The Sports Club Presidents' Council will submit a
written recommendation on the reviewed appeal to the Athletic Director with 24 hours of
their meeting. The decision of the Director of Physical Education and Athletics is final.
