Approved Expenditures
Within those limits established by the Sport Club Director, allocated funds may be used for
the following purposes: travel, lodging, equipment and uniforms (which remain club property)
and related maintenance, registration and entry fees, officiating fees, game/practice expenses,
banquets and parties. A maximum of $100.00 of sports club funds may be spent, none of
which may be used to purchase alcoholic beverages. Questions about expenditures not
addressed above should be directed to the Sport Club Director.
