Sports Club Council of Presidents
The Sports Club Council of Presidents, composed of all Club (Provisional and Full)
Presidents, serves as an advisory group to the Sport Club Director promoting and coordinating
club activities. Each Sports Club will have the following officers attend each President’s
Council meeting: a president, vice-president and treasurer.
In the event one or more of these individuals are unable to attend, the sport club is responsible to send replacement
representatives. An individual representing more than one organization will only receive
attendance credit for one sport club. Only one member of each club may vote on the
Presidents Council. The Chair of the Council shall rotate among the Presidents, such that the
recorder of one meeting shall serve as the chair of the next meeting. Minutes taken by the
recorder shall be available for distribution within five (5) business days. The Chair will compile
a meeting agenda which shall be available for distribution 3 business days in advance of the
Council meeting. Any club having three (3) unexcused absences from the scheduled sports
club calendar meetings during the year shall have its club status reviewed by the Sport Club
Director.
