Physical Education Department Vehicles
Physical Education and Athletic Department vehicles may be used for trips. Since there are a
limited number of departmental vans available for travel, reservations are encouraged. Vehicle
reservations may be canceled without notice. Sport clubs shall adhere to the University
Vehicle Policy.
In addition to the Case Vehicle Use policy, the following requirements must be followed:
- Van keys MUST be returned by 8:30 am on the first working day following return.
- No advertisements or other items may be taped to windows.
- Only persons twenty-one (21) years of age or older who have completed the Case
Drivers Awareness session are eligible to drive Case vehicles. Individuals must
be Case club members, organization advisors, or approved by the Sport Club Director.
- Traffic tickets are the responsibility of the driver.
- The club may be responsible for damage to Case vehicles.
- The maximum number of people transported in fifteen (15) passenger
van will be nine (9). The nine (9) vehicle riders includes the driver.
