Expulsion
The following infractions will result in the immediate loss of club recognition and privileges
by the Department of Physical Education and Athletics for at least one year:
- Submitting false or misleading information to the Sport Club Director
- Violence or threat of violence against any participant, coach, official or
spectator at any sport club activity
- Use of alcohol beverages or illegal drugs during club activities or
sanctioned travel
Any action by the Sports Club Director to grant exceptions, or failure of the Sport Club
Director to enforce any portion of this manual including the policies stated above shall not
be construed as a waiver or limitation of the Sport Club Director’s right to subsequently
enforce and compel compliance with any other policy or obligation in this manual.
