Non-approved Expenditures

1. Flowers or decorations
2. Salaries for coaches, instructors, or managers
3. Yearbook pages
4. Any item that will become the permanent possession of a participant, i.e. warm-up jackets
5. Meals and mileage for officials, coaches/instructors or advisors' spouses
6. Gifts or awards other than those given by the Presidents' Sports Club Council
7. Reimbursement of expenses incurred by advisors and coaches/instructors for
attendance at out-of-town meetings.
8. Telephone calls by officers, or coaches/instructors, using personal telephones, unless the individual has obtained prior written approval from the Sport Club Director
