Officers
Each sports club shall elect at a minimum: a president, vice-president and a treasurer. All officers shall be full-time undergraduate students at Case Western Reserve University. Officer responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Following regulations as stated in this manual.
- Holding elections of officers at least once each year.
- Attending all meetings called by the Sport Club Director.
- Submitting all required forms on a timely basis to the Sport Club Director.
- Addressing financial obligations incurred by the club.
- Coordinating club activities with the Sport Club Director.
- Informing club members of policies, procedures (including emergency procedures) and regulations that must be followed.
- Reporting injuries which occur at club practices or events.
- Maintaining club inventory forms with the Intramural Office.
- An individual may only hold one Sport Club Executive position at a time.
- Sport Club officers must be full-time students on campus (off-campus co-op students are not eligble to hold office)
