Non-University Rental Vehicles
Arrangements for use of non-University rental vehicles shall be handled by the sports
club. Sports clubs shall adhere to the University Vehicle policies ( Case Driver
Awareness Session ). Case Western Reserve University assumes no responsibility for
use of non-University rental vehicles. Each person must sign a waiver which releases the
University from liability for personal injury and property damage. The maximum number
of people transported in fifteen (15) passenger van will be nine (9). The nine (9) vehicle
riders includes the driver.
