Membership Roster
A membership roster must be submitted to the Sport Club Director at the beginning of
each semester. Rosters must be updated whenever there are any changes. Only
individuals listed on the roster, who have submitted the Membership/Release Form to the
Sport Club Director, are eligible for club activities. Clubs will not be authorized to spend
funds or utilize facilities or services until all completed Membership/Release Forms have
been turned into the Sport Club Director.
Teams desiring to enter competition may be required to obtain certificates of eligibility from
the University before entries are accepted. All participants must abide by relevant
conference, Regional, State, and NCAA rules and regulations.
