Long distance telephone service is available for approved activities, such as making travel
arrangements or obtaining price quotations on purchases. All calls made using the Intramural
Office telephone must be approved by the Sport Club Director in advance. Records of all long
distance calls must be kept on the Long Distance Telephone Log Sheet. Clubs will be charged
for long distance calls.
