Warnings
Some examples of conduct that will result in written warning include:
- Failure to submit the sport club forms and materials by the deadline
- Missed sport club council meetings
- Failure to deposit sport club membership dues and fundraising income
- Failure to maintain an accurate and up to date sport club homepage
- Non-effective communication
(Incomplete reports, meeting minutes, meeting agendas, weekly mailbox
inspection)
Probation
This list of warnings is not inclusive and the Sports Club Director reserves the right to
rule on any issue not covered in this manual. Receipt of two written warning
(hard copy or electronic) will result in probation for a period of time specified by the
sport club director. During probation, a clubs activities and privileges will be
discontinued until specific requirements are met.
