Cornhole - Fall 2008
Entry/Forfeit Fee:
An entry/forfeit fee of $20 per team or $5 per individual will be charged to participants who forfeit their scheduled cornhole matches. The forfeit fee does not need to accompany the entry form when it is turned into the Intramural Office.
Schedules
Schedules will be posted online and on the Intramural bulletin board next to the equipment issue room, Veale Athletic Center.
Playing Site
Cornhole will be played at the Stadium on Northside of campus.
Rescheduling Matches
Cornhole matches need to be completed as scheduled. They can be played in advance, but not postponed. If you choose to play in advance, reserve a court. There is a limited amount of court time and space available. Please keep this in mind when rescheduling matches. Please plan ahead!
Insurance
All injuries sustained in intramural play should be reported to the intramural supervisor on duty. Please be aware that neither the intramural sports staff nor Physical Education department assumes responsibility for injuries sustained while voluntarily participating in intramural programs. All participants are urged to consider insurance that includes benefits for injuries which occur in intramural participation.
Awards
The divisional champions and runners-up shall receive Intramural Championship T-shirts.
All Sports Trophy Points
Organizations that wish to receive All Sports Trophy Points must participate in this event as a team. A men's team consists of four players. A women's team consists of four players. A co-rec team consists of three pairs of mixed doubles. All Sports Trophy Points will be awarded in each division of play. Intramural staff reserves the right to move singles not competing in this event as a team to the open bracket. Single players may compete on a men's doubles team, women's doubles team, and a co-rec doubles team.
