Team Golf Tournament - Fall 2008
Entry Fee:
Entry fee of $37.00 per individual is payable when you turn in your team golf entry form. The total for four golfers is $148.00. This will cover all green fees and golf cart. The use of Golf carts is required to play, per the policy instituted by Airport Green Golf Course management. Make checks payable to Case. No refunds will be issued for individuals or teams who do not show up to play.
Tee Times
The first 15 teams to sign up for golf and pay their entry fee will be assured of a tee time.
Check-In
All golfers must check in at the scorers table one hour prior to their scheduled tee time.
Playing Site
The tournament will be held at Airport Greens Golf Course, located at 28980 White Road in Willoughby Hills, Ohio. Phone: 440.944.6164. The course has a driving range that can be used for practice/warm-up.
Proper golf attire is required. No T-shirts, blue jeans, cut-off shorts, etc. Failure to comply will result in disqualification.
Directions to the Course
Take Mayfield Road to Monticello Boulevard. Take Monticello east and the road will change to Wilson Mills Road. Continue on Wilson Mills and turn left (north) onto Bishop Road. From Bishop, turn right onto White Road. Airport Greens Golf Course is located at 28980 White Road.
Insurance
All injuries sustained in intramural play should be reported to the intramural supervisor on duty. Please be aware that neither the intramural sports staff nor Physical Education department assumes responsibility for injuries sustained while voluntarily participating in intramural programs. All participants are urged to consider an insurance program which includes benefits for injuries that occur in intramural participation.
Awards
Each divisional championship team shall receive Intramural Championship T-shirts.
All Sports Points
All Sports Trophy Points will be awarded in each division of play.
