Soccer Official Training Clinics (Required Attendance)
The intramural sports staff will conduct officials training clinics in several team sport activities throughout the school year. With the number of intramural teams increasing each year, the demand for knowledgeable, enthusiastic officials has grown. To assist in meeting participant expectations, required clinics will be conducted for selected team sport activities.
These sessions will cover information about intramural rules, game conduct, officiating mechanics, team/official expectations, and more. Intramural teams that do not send a minimum of two people to the mandatory clinics will not have their team entry form accepted for that particular activity. Individuals may only represent one team and only one team for attendance credit. Two Official Training clinics will be held on September 29 at 5 and 6 p.m., in Room 104, Veale Athletic Center.
