Entry/Forfeit Fee:
An entry/forfeit fee of $20 will be assessed to teams that forfeit or fail to provide officials. The forfeit fee
does not need to accompany the entry form
when it is turned into the intramural office.
Team Manager's Meeting
A team manager’s meeting will be held in Room 104, Veale Center, at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, Sept. 3. During the team manager's meeting, policies and procedures will be discussed, schedules will be distributed, and rules will be interpreted. Each team must have a representative attend this meeting.

Schedules will be distributed at the team manager's meeting.
Playing Site
Softball will be played at Van Horn Field.
Insurance
All injuries sustained in intramural play should be reported to the intramural
supervisor on duty. Please be aware that neither the intramural sports staff
nor Physical Education department assumes responsibility for injuries
sustained while voluntarily participating in intramural programs. All
participants are urged to consider an insurance program which
includes benefits for injuries that occur in intramural participation.
Awards
The first and second-place teams shall receive a maximum of 15 Intramural Championship T-shirts.
