Team Manager's Meeting
A team manager's meeting will be held in the bleachers under the press box at 6 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 28, prior to the start of the track meet running events. During this meeting, policies and procedures will be discussed, schedules will be distributed, and rules will be interpreted. Each team must have a representative attend this meeting.
Playing Site
The track meet will be held at the North Side athletic field, Village at 115.
Ready Bench
All contestants must report to the ready bench for each event. Runners will be assigned lanes and heats at the ready bench.
Inclement Weather
In the case of inclement weather, events will be canceled.
Insurance
All injuries sustained in intramural play should be reported to the intramural
supervisor on duty. Please be aware that neither the intramural sports staff
nor Physical Education department assumes responsibility for injuries
sustained while voluntarily participating in intramural programs. All
participants are urged to consider an insurance program which
includes benefits for injuries that occur in intramural participation.
Awards
Each divisional event champion shall receive an Intramural Championship T-shirt. Multiple event champions are eligible to receive only one T-shirt.
All Sports Points
All Sports Trophy Points will be awarded in each division of play. To be eligible for All Sports Points, teams must compete in at least one relay event.
