Entry Procedures

Entry forms may be picked up at the Veale Center lobby or Intramural Sports Office located in Room 347 in the Veale Convocation, Recreation, and Athletic Center. Entry forms will contain rules and information concerning eligibility, playing days, and more. All team managers and individual participants are urged to enter as early as possible.

The basic entry procedures are as follows:

  1. Review the sports entry form information sheets for entry deadline, rules, tournament info, and more
  2. Complete and return the sports entry form by the entry deadline. (Place completed entry forms in the intramural entry box located in the Veale Center lobby.)
  3. Include any fees that must accompany the intramural entry
  4. Correctly list all the requested information, including manager's name, address, and telephone
  5. Teams competing for All Sports Trophy points are encouraged to use the same team name throughout the year to insure the proper credit of points.
  6. Late entries will not be guaranteed entry into an activity. All late entries shall be placed on a waiting list.
  7. Team managers must pick up their forfeit fee deposit within one week after the completion of that intramural activity. Funds not pick up shall be deposited.
