What to Do When a Player is Injured
All injuries sustained in intramural play should be reported to the intramural supervisor on duty. Immediate
first aid will be supplied by the campus police. Please be aware that neither the intramural sports staff nor
Case Western Reserve University assumes responsibility for injuries sustained while voluntarily participating
in intramural programs. Further, the university carries no medical insurance on intramural participants. All
participants are urged to avail themselves of an insurance program which includes benefits for injuries which
occur in intramural participation.
