2008-2009 Varsity Physical Dates
Paperwork
Students must return their paperwork to the athletic training staff by July 14, 2008. Forms can be mailed to: Case Athletic Training Room, 10900 Euclid Avenue, Veale Center, Cleveland, OH 44106-7223; or faxed to: 216.368.3786.
DRESS
Athletes should dress in shorts and a T-shirt and come to physicals PRIOR to any exertion.
