CAREER FAIRS
The Career Center sponsors two annual career fairs. These events are a great way to meet hundreds of motivated and talented students in one day! Each fair is open to all Case students and alumni.
University Career Fair - Employer Registration
The University Career Fair will be held Thursday, October 1, 2009, 10:30 a.m. - 3 p.m. Standard employer registration includes admission for two representatives, one 6-foot table, breakfast, lunch, and parking. Standard registration is $425.
Career Center Partner registration includes admission for up to four representatives to the Fall 2009 University Career Fair and the Spring 2010 GET EXPERIENCED! Internship & Career Fair, a double table with electricity, additional advertising on the Career Center website and in the student newspaper, breakfast, lunch, and parking. Career Center Partner registration is $2,000.
Immediately after you register for the fair, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Closer to the fair, you will receive another e-mail with additional details about the event. No refunds will be offered for cancellations. Registration deadline Friday, September 18, 2009.

Parking
Space has been reserved for career fair employers in Lot S-53 (adjacent to Veale Center on Adelbert Road). Please plan to arrive early as space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. Overflow parking will be in Lot S-29 (adjacent to Severance Hall on East Boulevard). Our visitor's site features directions to campus and a campus map, as well as information about transportation and lodging.
Shipping
If you are shipping materials in advance of the fair, please ensure that your package(s) arrive between Monday, September 28 and Tuesday, September 29. Clearly mark your organization's name on your packages. You may send them to the following address:

Day After Career Fair Interviews
The Career Center has 10 rooms in our interview suite, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Your organization must be registered for the University Career Fair in order to reserve an interview room.
Rooms are limited to one room per organization, two recruiters per room. We regret that we are unable to make any exceptions to this policy.
We ask that you plan to begin your interviews no earlier than 9 a.m. and that your last interview be finished by 5 p.m.
