ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWING (OCI)
The Career Center invites your organization to conduct on-campus interviews for practicum/internship programs and/or permanent positions in our interviewing suite.
Our On-campus Interviewing program occurs each fall and spring, and it is open to current Case students and alumni within one year of graduation.

Starts: Monday, September 14
Ends: Thursday, September 24
- Fall 2009 On-campus Interviewing Dates
Starts: Monday, October 12
Ends: Friday, November 20
- Spring 2010 On-campus Interviewing Dates
Starts: Monday, February 15
Ends: Friday, March 20
No interviews will be held October 19-20 due to Fall Break or March 8-12 because of Spring Break.
Requesting On-campus Interviewing
- Request your on-campus interview schedule through Case CareerLink by clicking on the "On-campus Interviewing (OCI)" tab. Be sure to note if you are interested in interviewing by videoconference.
- Requests are reviewed for space availability within two business days. You will receive e-mail confirmation when your schedule is approved.
- Log in and attach one or more positions to your schedule. Students cannot submit resumes without a position attached.
- Students may submit resumes through the deadline. You can review submitted resumes whenever you choose by logging in.
- Review resumes and change students' status from Pending to Invited (or Alternate) and Not Invited. This triggers CareerLink to send an e-mail message to invited students requesting they sign up for a time slot on a first-come, first-served basis.
Interview by Videoconference
Are you interested in interviewing by videoconference? Use Case CareerLink to schedule your OCI, noting your interest in the videoconference room. So how does it work? As with standard OCI, students will submit their resumes, employers will extend interview offers, and students will sign up for time slots via Case CareerLink. As long as you have a hard videoconference appliance such as Polycom, Tandberg or LifeSize using H.323 (IP based) conferencing, OCI by Videoconference is totally free. Interview Pre-nights
Employers who have an on-campus interview scheduled may consider hosting an Interview Pre-night for your selected candidates on the evening before the interviews. It is a great way to meet them in an informal setting and provide them with information to assist them through the interview.
Employers can request an Interview Pre-night through Case CareerLink by clicking on the "Events" tab and selecting "Interview Pre-night" under the "Information Session Type."
