Current Groups and Programs at UCS
The following groups and programs are being offered by UCS and CBH for the fall semester.
Where do you come from? Where is home? If you have lived part of your life overseas because of your parents' jobs, you may have difficulty answering these questions.
The Center for Collegiate Behavioral Health offers four "MindBody Clinics" for students to discuss concerns they have about sleep, eating, substance abuse and stress or anxiety.
These groups are designed to help participants who are aware of recurring patterns in their relationships that they are looking to change.
This is a counseling group for college students who have experienced problems with food and weight obsession, unhealthy eating patterns, or negative body image.
This support group is for students who want to explore their relationship with mood altering chemicals and develop skills for freeing themselves from substance use. Contact PRS for more information.
This group is for women who are survivors of rape or sexual assault.
