Interpersonal Process Groups

Interpersonal process groups are designed to help participants who are aware of recurring patterns in their relationships that they are looking to change. These groups are interpersonal and process-oriented, which means that participants have the opportunity to observe their own and other participants' emotions, thoughts, behaviors, and reactions as they occur. Through interactions with other group members, participants will begin to better understand themselves and their relationship patterns and develop ways of changing these patterns to improve their relationships. Groups are forming throughout the year, and there are also established groups that may be seeking new members.

Groups are open to all registered undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students at Case Western Reserve University and its affiliated institutions.
