About the Center for Collegiate Behavioral Health

University Counseling Services (UCS) has expanded its programming to reflect a growing emphasis on primary prevention and treating the whole person. Our mental health focus has been expanded to include holistic programming designed to not only prevent and treat but also promote and maintain health and well being. Programs such as stress management, smoking cessation, healthy eating and meditation are just a few of those being offered that incorporate wellness promotion into behavioral change programs.

Our aim is to offer students assistance in their pursuit of optimal health and positive lifestyle choices that will enhance their lives and contribute to their academic success.

To emphasize the new service direction, we have changed the name of our office at University Health Services to the Center for Collegiate Behavioral Health (CBH).
