College can be a very stressful experience. While we most often cannot change the external stressors that we face daily, we can certainly optimize our ability to handle these stressors effectively. We function best when our bodies and minds are well.

As the new academic year begins, ask yourself these questions: How well am I eating? Do I get a good night's sleep, feeling rested the next day? Am I getting enough exercise? How am I managing stress in the different areas of my life? Am I feeling fulfilled and happy overall?  If your answers to these questions fall short of what you would like, join us during Wellness Week to find out how to make better choices that can help you improve your health and overall wellbeing.

The Center for Collegiate Behavioral Health, University Program Board, the Flora Stone Mather Center for Women, University Health Service, University Counseling Service, and the departments of Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life invite you to participate in Case Wellness Week, September 22-26, 2008. During Wellness Week, we are offering many activities and educational opportunities to help you optimize your overall functioning. More
