A high level of customer service should be an
important component of any housing operations.
Sometimes, we find ourselves dealing with
repeat customers. These customers may quickly
become frustrated if they have to explain their
situation to a different staff member each time
they call. By creating a Web-based customer
service log, the UF Department of Housing
and Residence Education has been able to
track customer interactions. This gives our
assignments staff the knowledge they need
to assist customers in the most efficient way
possible. Attendees will receive an overview of
the customer service log and be provided with
a live demonstration of how this Web-based
application is used by our staff.
