    I am trying to see the Case deal for Dell laptops, however i do not have the ID and password needed to access the website. Where do you get them? They don't seem to be the same ones used to access the other case websites like the freshman checklist. Help is much appreciated thanks.

    How are you trying to access the website? If you are going from the ITS estore page, your normal ID and password should work.
