The departments of the Division of Student Affairs meet the academic and co-curricular needs of Case students and the university. The office provides leadership in the development of services and programs that enrich student life, extend and enhance the academic experience, and contribute to an environment that encourages personal growth and development.

The Career Center offers individualized assistance to students and alumni who want to develop lifelong career management skills and work experience that will help them meet their academic and career goals. In addition to general career fairs and resume assistance, the center provides interviews with career center professionals and outside employers, plus access to online job postings.

The Center for Civic Engagement and Learning promotes learning opportunities for Case students through service to the community. The center maintains a comprehensive database of educational programs and community-based work-study opportunities. In addition to tutoring inner-city youth, students can also participate in innovative environmental projects, literacy programs and more.

Educational Enhancement Programs is a unique cluster of Student Affairs departments that includes Educational Services for Students (ESS), the Center for Civic Engagement and Learning (CCEL), New Student and Parent Programs, and the Share the Vision campaign. The group promotes academics, as well as campus and community engagement.

Educational Services for Students (ESS) offers resources to enhance the academic experience at Case. Services include the Peer Tutoring and Supplemental Instruction
(SI) programs, Disability Resources, Graduate Teaching Assistant (TA) training, educational programs for first-year students, and individual consultation for academic success.

The goal of the Office of Housing, Residence Life & Greek Life is to build an on-campus community that fosters personal growth and community. The Office of International Student Services assists all foreign students to ensure the best possible educational, cultural, and personal experience at Case. It acts as a liaison with the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, the U.S. Department of State, embassies, educational consular offices, the International Institute of Education, and Fulbright-Hays grant offices.

The Office of Multicultural Affairs serves as an umbrella organization to address the diverse needs of students and enhance the harmony of the multi-ethnic community through the mutual acceptance of all individuals. Unique cultural programs for African Americans, Latinos/Hispanics, Native Americans, and Pacific Islanders are held throughout the year.

The Department of Physical Education and Athletics helps students develop fitness and lifetime sports skills. The activities in intramural, open recreation, wellness and sport club programs are designed to enhance the quality of life for the Case community. Students may compete in athletics and demonstrate leadership while participating in team activities at Case.

The Office of Student Activities and Leadership provides a variety of programs, events, organizations, traditions and leadership opportunities. Students can get involved in various Case traditions or join any number of groups, including The Student Executive Council, University Program Board, Undergraduate Student Government, and Graduate Student Senate.

Thwing Center provides a hub of activity at Case, including a restaurant, snack bar and ballroom. The Thwing Center staff coordinates a wide range of events for undergraduate student organizations and university-sponsored programs. The Postal Substation, Campus Bookstore, Center for Women, and Rock Bottom Commuter Lounge also are located in Thwing.

The Office of TRIO Programs includes two federally funded programs that provide students with academic assistance. Upward Bound helps prepare low-income high school students for successful postsecondary studies. Talent Search is an educational program which serves 6th through 12th grades in the East Cleveland Public School System.

University Counseling Services (UCS) offers support groups, wellness programs, psychiatric services, health-based clinics, and more. The office provides psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers, counselors and doctoral-level counseling trainees as part of a student's support network.

The University Farm made up of Squire Valleevue and Valley Ridge Farms is owned by Case and located in Hunting Valley, Ohio. The farm features 389 acres of deciduous forests, ravines, waterfalls, meadows, ponds, and a self-contained natural watershed. Several historic facilities are used for research, educational, and recreational purposes.

University Health Service (UHS) provides healthcare for students on an emergency and non-emergency basis. The UHS office provides support from physicians, nurses, psychiatrists and social workers. UHS also offers specialty clinics for skin, dermatology, allergies and women's health. Various staff members are affiliated with University Hospitals of Cleveland and the Case School of Medicine.
