Welcome to Case Western Reserve University! As a commuter student, you are among the estimated 700 Case undergraduate students who commute to campus.
We offer a wide range of opportunities for Case commuter students to get involved and learn more about the Case experience. Here are just some of the ways you can take advantage of what Case has to offer:
- Get involved on campus by taking a campus job or joining a student organization. If you come to campus only to attend class, you're not experiencing all that college life has to offer.
- Make friends with other commuters and residents so that you can study with them on campus, call them from home when you have a question about your homework, and socialize at university functions. You will make some of your best friends in college if you take the time to reach out.
- Have fun. There are numerous ways to enjoy Case, by joining a commuter intramural team or participating in student events.

Meet the Case Commuter Assistants
The Commuter Assistant (CA) team is comprised of fellow undergraduate commuter students who will help keep you up to date about campus events, offer peer advisement, and serve as your link to the many academic and social resources and intramural activities available at Case. Additionally, the CA team will make sure that the Rock Bottom Lounge is an inviting and hospitable place for you to hang out and meet other students.
Our online Commuter Guide also contains information about many of Case's resources and services. Through the online guide, you will find information about dining, transportation, entertainment, banks, campus ministry, student organizations, and other useful information.
