Study Buddies Beware

Computer Science Study Buddies Beware It’s not always the best choice to study with your friends even if you are studying the same material. The more friends there are around, the easier you may be distracted by other more social topics of conversation, YouTube videos, iTunes music, Facebook profile updates, what you're doing during the weekend, and any number of other random things that AREN'T studying.
If you DO need help reviewing, keep it to one or two people that you know will be work-oriented. I personally do my best when I barricade myself alone in my room and force myself to keep clear of distractions for a couple hours. Then I reward myself with a break before continuing to hit the books.
