Staying Active

One of the most important things that I have found to help my life at school is a steady workout plan. During the cold Cleveland winter months, it is difficult to keep active and very easy to slip into a weekly routine where the only exercise is walking to and from class.
I got into this habit last year and soon found myself with less energy and in worsening physical shape. However, this year I work out every day. Working out gets my body feeling good and also pumps me full of energy. It keeps me active and gives me the energy boost I need during the winter to help me study for tests.
