Do not be afraid of utilizing all of the resources available to you. Whether you are a commuter or you reside on campus, let ESS give you tips and strategies to help you, even if you may think you’ve got it all under control. ESS can help you create a time management plan so that you can fit in sleep, eating, and extracurricular activities!

Other campus resources include the Career Center and University Counseling. Even if you feel you do not need either service, the Career Center can help you with career planning and figuring out what is best for you. Counseling is not just for depressed people! Utilize counseling to help you work through ANY problem in life, including stress! Take advantage and attend meditation or yoga courses offered on campus. The library is also another great resource. If you need supplemental materials to aid in your studies, the librarians at KSL are more than happy to help! Any professor loves to chat with a student, even if it is not academically related! Mingle and set up study groups. Study groups will help you keep track of what you know and what you need to learn. Not only that, but your peers can help with time management by saying, "Hey, we missed you at an SI session" or "Are you going to come with me to the session?"

Lastly, what is there to lose if you utilize your resources or simply ask for help? Good Luck!
