Balancing Sports and Pre-Med

The most important thing is to not get burnt out. In season, balancing school and sports can be very difficult. Every once in a while, give yourself a break and go out.
Also, communicate with coaches about attending SI sessions and other school-related functions that will help you academically. Do not get behind with work, especially in season. Trying to go to practice and to perform in school on little sleep is very difficult to do.
