The Plain Dealer Electronic Learning Center (PDELC) is the computing facility located at 464 Sears Building. As part of Educational Services for Students, the PDELC offers printing and computing services for undergraduate commuters, students from multicultural backgrounds, and students with disabilities.

The PDELC is the recipient of a grant from The Plain Dealer. Its helpful staff is there to answer your questions about our systems, Case's network services, and the Internet. Although targeted toward undergraduate students, the PDELC is open to everyone at Case and the surrounding community.

During the fall and spring semesters, approximately 600 undergraduates each month use the center to work on papers and projects, meet with study groups, and write their résumés and cover letters.

The PDELC utilizes a card swipe system at the front entrance of the Learning Center. We ask that whenever a patron (student or other) visits the facilities, that they swipe their Case ID card and enter the reason for the visit via the datapad. We implemented this new service to gather demographic information to further funding for the facility, help improve our services, and meet your computing needs.
