PDELC Ethics Policy

ESS upholds the Case ethics policy and will report the duplication and/or distribution of copied software in violation of the copyright laws associated with that software. ESS and the PDELC also enforce strict security rights. Any users including those on staff violating the Case Computer Ethics Policy or attempting to break into an account will be placed in a Progressive Action Policy by an ESS Staff Member.

If any user takes exception to any of these policies please see an ESS staff member.
