Connect to the Crew
There are two ways to make a Connect appointment with the Crew. The first way is a "drop-in" Connect appointment. During the Crew's AIM hours, click on Connect to join a drop-in meeting room and begin receiving help from the Crew.
The second way is to sign up for a Connect appointment on TutorTrac. Look for a tutor who has an open time slot with "Adobe Connect" listed as a location and reserve that time slot. You will receive an automated e-mail from TutorTrac comfirming your appointment.
Sometime before your appointment date, your tutor will set up a meeting. You will then receive an e-mail with a link that will lead you to the meeting. Follow that link at the time of your appointment and you will be able to meet with your tutor in Connect.
