  1. How much is the registration fee? Does it include the cost of my Case student?
    The registration fee is $15 per person, and every participant is required to pay the registration fee. However, there is no charge for Case students. The fee includes a few meals (Friday dinner, brunch on Saturday, and a light continental breakfast on Sunday), afternoon programming on and off campus, social programming Friday and Saturday evening, and more. When registering online, please include your Case student(s) in the number of participants.
  2. Does my family need to register for Family Weekend prior to the event?
    Yes, online registration is required for Family Weekend. The deadline to register is Saturday, October 31.
  3. Do we need to check-in for Family Weekend?
    All participants need to check in to receive the schedule/packet and meal/event bracelet. Check-in for Family Weekend starts Friday, November 6, at 12 p.m in Thwing Center Atrium. Check-in also is available on Saturday, November 7 beginning at 9 a.m.
  4. Will my family be able to attend every program offered?
    Family Weekend is structured so there are a variety of programs and events on campus that overlap to give you a menu of options. There are several afternoon activities on Saturday, and your family is encouraged to attend several programs. The schedule has been created specifically for you, so take advantage of the weekend and get the most out of your opportunity on campus.
  5. What if I need to make changes to my registration information?
    Please contact Educational Enhancement Programs at 216.368.5230 to make any corrections or updates to your registration information.
  6. Is there a reduced fee if we only participate in a few events during Family Weekend?
    We are not able to offer a reduced cost for the weekend. This year, we included more meals in the program, and we also created a flat rate for participants.
  7. Are refunds available?
    To receive a full refund, please e-mail Educational Enhancement Programs or call 216.368.5230 prior to October 31. We are not able to issue refunds after the October 31 deadline.
