Family Weekend FAQs


  1. How much is the registration fee? Does it include the cost of my Case student?See answer to question...
The registration fee is $15 per person, and every participant is required to pay the registration fee. However, there is no charge for Case students. The fee includes meals (reception, one continental breakfast, lunch/tailgate, and brunch), afternoon programming on and off campus, social programming Friday and Saturday evening, and more. When registering online, please include your Case student(s) in the number of participants.
  2. Does my family need to register for Family Weekend prior to the event?See answer to question...
Yes, online registration is required for Family Weekend. The deadline to register is Wednesday, October 24.
  3. Do we need to check-in for Family Weekend?See answer to question...
All participants need to check-in to receive the schedule/packet, meal bracelet, tickets, and free tote bag. Check-in for Family Weekend starts Friday, November 2 at 12 p.m in Thwing Center Atrium. Check-in is also available on Saturday, November 2, beginning at 9 a.m.
  4. Will my family be able to attend every program offered?See answer to question...
Family Weekend is structured so there are a variety of programs and events on campus that overlap to give you a menu of options. There are several afternoon activities on Saturday, and your family is encouraged to attend several programs. The schedule has been created specifically for you, so take advantage of the weekend and get the most out of your opportunity on campus.

  6. Is there a reduced fee if we only participate in a few events during Family Weekend?See answer to question...
We are not able to offer a reduced cost for the weekend. This year, we included more meals in the program, and we also created a flat rate for participants.

To receive a full refund, please e-mail Educational Enhancement Programs or call 216.368.5230 prior to October 24. We are not able to issue refunds after the October 24 deadline.
