On-Campus Parking and Transportation
On-campus parking for Family Weekend is included in your registration fee. You will receive your free parking voucher at Family Weekend Check-In, which is located in Thwing Atrium.
Free parking is available in the following lots for Family Weekend:
- Lot 46 (E. 118th St., north of Euclid Avenue)
This lot is available throughout Family Weekend. A parking attendant or security officer will help provide access.
- Lot 44 (South Residential Village)
This lot is located at the corner of Adelbert Road and Murray Hill Road. Parking will be available beginning at 4 p.m. Friday.
- Lot 1A (Accessible from Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard)
Located near the Visitor Center Information booth near Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Stearns Road, Lot 1A and 1B are connected. This lot is located behind Nord Hall and Sears Building. The main quad, which includes Strosacker, Glennan, Clapp, Rockefeller, and various academic buildings, may be accessed by stairs that are located between lot 1a and 1b. Parking is available after 4 p.m. on Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday.

Local Transportation
Transportation throughout the Greater Cleveland area is available from the Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority (RTA). Buses and rapid transit trains cost $2.50 per person for a single trip or $5 per person for an all-day pass. The University Circle station, where you can catch the Red Line train, is located near the South Residential Village. Shuttle service is also available to other University Circle locations.
Taxi service is approximately $30.00 from the airport to campus.
