Congratulations to the 2008 Winners!
Our "Spartan Paradise" Homecoming was a huge success! Thanks to all who participated and congratulations to all of our winners below:
- In the Junior-Senior Powder Puff football game, the junior class started the game strong and maintained a consistent lead throughout the entire game. Final score: 25-7 (Junior Class).
- In the Decorate Your Office Contest, the Office of Annual Giving finished in first place. Thank you to the following offices that participated: Student Activities and Leadership, Undergraduate Student Government, Wade & Fribley Area Offices, Center for Civic Engagement and Learning, Physical Education and Athletics, University Counseling Services, Educational Enhancement Programs, Office of General Counsel, Office of the Provost, Office of the President, Office of Student Affairs and Office of Greek Life.
- In the Homecoming Parade, the award for Best Parade Unit went to Sigma Nu and Delta Gamma. Second Place went to Cedar Residential College, and Third Place went to Alpha Chi Omega. The Most Spirited entry was the University Program Board (UPB).
- The 2008 homecoming king and queen is John Horton of Sigma Nu and Christina Colasanto of the Delta Gamma. They were joined on the court by Jenn Clever of Kappa Alpha Theta, Sarah Robinson of Amnesty International, Demetrius Colvin of Voices of Glory and Trevor Shaver of the Case Association of Student Athletes.
