Event Information

Relay For Life is the flagship event of the American Cancer Society. An 18-hour overnight event, Relay For Life has three main purposes:

• to celebrate the lives of survivors who have won the battle against cancer
• to remember those we've lost to cancer
• to fight back in the hope that one day we will find a cure

All of the money raised during the Relay For Life event goes directly to cancer research and cancer support programs. Almost everyone has had some experience with cancer, either directly or indirectly, and Relay For Life provides the opportunity for people to actively participate in finding a cure. We are currently recruiting teams so sign up today!

How to Sign Up

1. Visit http://www.relayforlife.org/cwru
2. Click the "Sign Up" icon located right above the main picture on the homepage
3. Click "Join a Team"
4. In the "Team Name" field, type your team's name and hit Enter
5. Click on your team name in the search results
6. Click on "Join Our Team"
7. Follow the registration steps and you'll be signed up!

How to Donate

1. Visit http://www.relayforlife.org/cwru
2. Click the "Donate" icon located right above the main picture on the homepage
3. Choose the "Search for a team" radio button. (You also can choose to donate to a participant as well, which will help with their fundraising goal.)
4. Key in your team name and hit Enter
5. Click on your team name in the search results
6. Click on "Donate"
7. Choose your donation amount and complete the appropriate steps!
