Picnic Areas

There are four separate picnic areas that can be reserved at the farm: Sites 1, 2, 3 and 6. University staff, faculty, students and alumni are permitted to host only one family picnic per summer for up to 30 people free of charge.

All Departments picnics will be charged a minimal fee for usage of picnic areas.

Sites 3 and 6 provide covered shelters and can accommodate up to 120 people for university departments and student groups. Picnic areas 4 and 5, which are located near the pond and pine grove, are available on a first-come, first-serve basis for up to 15 people. All areas have grills and tables.

Tent rental is NOT permitted at any of the picnic sites, please view the picnic area usage guidelines and farm alcohol policy prior to making reservations.
