Fresh from the Farm
Since March 2010, we have been growing and delivering farm-fresh vegetables and herbs to our main campus. Every week, three to 20 products have been delivered. The farm's largest crop yielded almost 1,000 pounds during the week of August 23, 2011.
The 2011 food production yielded over 7,000 pounds of fresh vegetables, including herbs, greens, tomatoes and squash. By the end of October, more than 6,000 pounds were delivered to campus.
