Ritual Resources: Development and Transitions
MEMBER DEVELOPMENT PLAN!
Many international organizations have already developed a Member Development Plan and have implemented it with a tiered/phased approach. The transition between a member/pledge education program toward a more comprehensive Member Development Plan will take some time. Changing a culture where education previously had been solely for new members to one where all members are continuously educated will not occur over night. But a few committed leaders can create long-term change.
The following handbook provides you with information, including several examples. Member Development Handbook

Transitions and Senior Resources
Transitions are an important part of our lives and we usually require help and support to get through these changes and start living fully under the new circumstances. As a student you have transitioned from elementary school to high school and now all the way to college. Throughout it all you have gained new skills and personally developed through seeking help from your parents, peers, and administrators at school.
Supporting one another and making sure that the knowledge and lessons you have gathered are passed down to the newer members is an essential piece of being Greek.
Chapter
Here you will find transition resources for your chapter. Apply these forms to your chapter, and do not be afraid to revise as needed. These just serve as an idea to help during officer or chair transitions.
Seniors
These resources are targeted to those going through their final year at Case and are getting ready to start their new lives outside of college or in graduate school.
