Welcome to Student Affairs

Dear New Student Affairs Staff Member:

Welcome to Case Western Reserve University, a dynamic and exciting place to work. The Professional Development Committee (PDC) would like to extend to you a formal welcome and introduction to the Division of Student Affairs. The PDC is a standing committee charged by the Vice President of Student Affairs, Glenn Nicholls, and advised by the Director of Finance & Administration for Student Affairs, Dennis Rupert. This committee is responsible for fostering the development and enhancement of the professional lives of Student Affairs staff members at Case Western Reserve University.

In 2004, our strategic goal, long-term objectives and values were articulated as follows:
