Advocacy
The students on any campus deserve to play a key role in the policy, procedure, and community discussions that surround their residential spaces. RHA is the formal voice for all resident students on campus and seeks to improve the quality of student life.
The community councils and the General Body work to represent the needs, wants, and opinions of the people living in residence halls and university-owned apartments. RHA helps to reaffirm community bonds and improve the residential spaces. This enables and empowers students to effectively communicate and advocate for their needs to attain a better residential experience.
RHA works closely with Dining Services, Information Technology Services, Campus Services, The Office of Housing, Residence Life, and Greek Life, and other administrative departments affecting the quality of residence life at CWRU. The Executive Vice President of Residential Relations and the Residential Relations committee focus on opening lines of communication with the administration and providing students with the tools needed to improve the residential areas.
