Community Council members can access a variety of campus resources when planning community events and programs. The following is a summary of useful policies and websites:
Posting Policy
Advertising is essential for successful programming and council events. It is important to share all of the pertinent information with your intended audience whether it is your community, one side of campus, or the entire student body. Great advertising ideas include flyers, chalking, posters, teasers, painting the spirit wall, and the electronic flyer system.

Room Reservations for Case Students
There are many spaces on campus available for meetings, programs, and events. These locations are usually very popular with the majority of student groups, so plan well in advance and reserve your room early. Also, be aware of the amenities and supplies in each location such as tables, chairs, etc. and plan accordingly.
Student groups may refer to the following websites to make their reservations:
- Residential Facilities – Use this resource to reserve rooms in the Village at 115, Wade, The Spot, The Rough Rider Room, Carlton Commons, or Fribley
- Heart of Campus Facilities – Use this resource to reserve the KSL Oval, a table in Thwing Center, or rooms in Thwing Center
- Case Quad Facilities – Use this resource to reserve academic facilities on campus (Clapp, DeGrace, Schmitt, Strosacker, etc.), Amasa Stone Chapel, rooms in Nord Hall, the Quad, or a table in Nord
- Athletic Facilities – Use this resource to reserve Adelbert Gym, Veale Athletic Center, or Freiberger Field
Please note: Faculty and staff will need to complete separate forms to reserve a space on campus.
